Sathya Jyothi Films Producer Sendhil V Thyagarajan elected as Treasurer of Indian Rugby Federation
Producer Sendhil V Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films has been unanimously appointed as the Treasurer of Indian Rugby Federation. Apart from accomplishing great achievements in the production of movies, Mr Sendhil Thyagarajan is a very well established athlete as well. Being office bearer from the film industry, he has been appointed by the members during the election that was held at Bhuvaneshwar, Orissa on Saturday (December 18, 2021). It is worth mentioning that actor Rahul Bose (Vishwaroopam fame) was also unanimously appointed as President. Being office bearers from the film industry, they are focussed upon the Indian women’s team ranking No.5 in Asia to medal at 2026 Asian Games, and quality for 2028 Olympics.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Sendhil Thyagarajan is unanimously elected as the Treasurer of Tamil Nadu Olympic Association as well. He is a renowned national athlete in Track & Field, Rugby, and Basketball. Besides, he has competed in International rugby games and competed for California State University under US former Olympic Head Coach Charlie Craig for the University in scholarship. He is also the Secretary General of Tamil Nadu Rugby and Senior Vice President of Tamil Nadu Basketball Association. He has two Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and International Trade and relations from California State University and Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University.
