‘It is rare for you and me to sleep at the right time and eat at the right time, but if you eat at the right time, you will get good sleep automatically. Deep sleep is essential no matter when you sleep. We spend our time with friends spend around 2000rs like partying but the thought of waking up early in the morning and doing small exercises does not come easily. Women spoil their health by eating old food thinking that it goes to waste at home. Get into the habit of planning and cooking or giving leftovers away without a second thought. Finally there is no use in thinking about health. Similarly, we can eat the food by calculating it properly. In general, if you get into the habit of eating fiber first, then protein, and then carbohydrates, half of the problems will be solved. For example, you can take as much vegetables as you can first and then make it regular as rice, this can be healthy if you take biryani or have enough curry pieces first and then eat biryani with less food intake and no changes in insulin levels. Avoid refined white sugar as much as possible – it’s the world’s most addictive drug, study finds. Director Vethimaran who shared many things related to health also gave interesting answers to some questions asked by the journalists.

‘Vadachennai Part 2 will definitely come before there are two more films to complete and then definitely Vadachennai Part 2 will start. I decided to make a film with Suri as the hero while working on Asuran. Based on the book called Ajnabi, we thought of creating a story based on a person who wants to go abroad to work. We chose all the locations for the shooting and on the verge of starting the shooting, the curfew came due to Corona, so why couldn’t we start the film. Director Vetimaaran shared a lot of interesting things in his special way saying thank you very much for inviting me to this function.
The important feature of the function was that the members were given medical insurance card and Director Vethimaran who graced the function as the special guest was honored by Tamil Film Journalists Association President Kavita, Secretary Godangi, Vice President Radha Pandian and senior journalists with bonnatai wraps and books.
